Some things I saw and thought about while working and traveling overseas. Uzbekistan, Iraq, Dubai, and Thailand are some of the place I've lived, and have visited many more.

Nah, still out and about, with no grass to mow. I got pretty far behind with the writing, particularly as I took more and more pictures, trying to decide how to integrate them both...and I really just never did. :)

Thanks for the compliment though, it's much appreciated.

I was just curious to read Shelly's Ozymandias again, but there was this little link at the bottom page saying "for information about the Real Ozymandias clink this link and then there were links to unreal and other and such and suddenly I found myself reaading your blog in 2003. Strangely, I couldn't tear myself away. Really! Unfortunately I found it fascinating, dammit, so the fact that I've been reading for 4 hours and it is now 4 am and I'm been dead tired a while now is only just kind of registering. You haven't posted here in a while, I guess, so I hope your life is so full of mundane days of cutting grass that posting about it seems too boring.
