2006 02 Egypt

We did the fairly standard tourist route to Cairo, overnight train down to Aswan, sidetrip to Abu Simbel, evening train to Luxor. Then we flew Luxor to Sharm el Sheikh and transferred over to Dahab for several days of relaxation, diving, and to climb Mt. Sinai before heading back home.

Unfortunately these pictures are a lot softer than I'd hoped, and there were many where the intense sunlight was just too much and washed out detail. I probably could have fixed the first, but I didn't have my laptop with me to see the pictures on a bigger screen. They looked fine on the camera. :(
